What procedures are required when changing the kintone subdomain?

Once the subdomain is changed, license authentication will fail, and you will be unable to use the plugin. Please notify us that you have changed the kintone subdomain, together with the previous subdomain and the new subdomain.

When a plugin has already been applied, are data and settings lost when applying a newer version?

New plugin versions can be applied without changing data or settings. After applying a new version, please resave the plugin settings and update the app settings.

Is there a restriction on the number of apps that can use the plugin?

There is no maximum number of apps, but if multiple subdomains are used, the plugin needs to be purchased for each subdomain.

Is it compatible with the latest version of Sansan's API?

It is compatible with the latest API version as of September 1, 2020. We will update the plugin for any future updates of Sansan's API.

Errors are now displayed with pop-up notifications.

Once the trial period (14 days) ends, come back to this page to request a subscription. Even with a subscription, a separate subscription is required when using the plugin on a subdomain other than the one in your application, so please either contact us to change the subdomain or obtain an additional subscription.

Does the plugin support English?

English is fully supported. By switching the language to English in the kintone user settings, the plugin language is changed to English. Please refer to kintone's help page for how to change the language in the user settings. Chinese is not supported.

Is the plugin compatible with mobile devices?

The plugin is not compatible with mobile devices, please note this in advance. Check the bottom of this page for running environment details.

Notes

* It's possible that the plugin will not work correctly when used with other plugins or custom JavaScript.
 In such case, please try it unactivating other plugins and/or custom javascripts in the relevant app.
* kintone Standard Plan is required to use the Sansan with kintone.
